If you've received a request on access to personal data from a customer, employee, ex-employee, partner, this is called a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). A response to a DSAR must be done within a single calendar month.
A DSARs must be recorded, i.e. evidenced. There are 2 ways in which your organisation could use Privasee in order to manage DSARs.
1. The requester is directed to this portal to make a request.
2. The requester makes the request directly to the controller, and you are an employee of the controller, submitting the request that Privasee should process.
