- Provide email address.
- Add Subject, this can be a brief title on type of breach, and incident number as logged in your internal incident application used, an example is provided below.
- You can provide some details on the breach. You can cut&paste the incident directly into the box from your internal incident application, e.g. Remedy, Zendesk, Eventum.
- Priority of a Breach is 'high'.
- Type of request is Breach
- Attach completed Breach templates, following internal procedures, and as agreed with Privasee.
